All prices given are in US dollars and include shipping via USPS within the US. International shipping will be calculated upon request; please specify air or surface mail. I can accept payment in the form of US bank checks and money orders or international money orders.
Available Bears
To order a bear from the Available Bears or Recycled Fur pages, email me to confirm availability. Include your shipping address to hold the bear until payment is received. For international shipping, I will calculate shipping. Please advise if you would prefer air or surface mail.
Limited and Open Edition Bears
If the bear you desire is on the Available Bears page, I will ship immediately upon receipt of full payment. Please email me to confirm availability. I require a 30% deposit on special orders (limited or open edition) and will notify you when your bear is ready to ship. Payment in full is required prior to shipping. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery, unless I have confirmed a delivery date.
Returns and Refunds
I do my best to represent each bear accurately in my descriptions; however, I do realize photos are not always accurate. I will offer a refund of the bear's purchase price minus shipping if you email your request to me within 3 days of receiving your bear. Bear must be posted return mail within 7 days of receipt. I will issue refund when I receive the bear. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Layaway
I will be happy to hold your bear for a period up to 90 days with an non-refundable deposit of 30%. Payment terms within the 90-day period are negotiable, but payment in full must be received by the end of the 90-day period. I will not refund partial payments, but will offer credit toward a future purchase.
